Kindly expect orders to ship within 1-3 business days from placing your order. 
You'll receive an email confirmation with your order and tracking information once your order has shipped. Days in Transit are estimates and not guarantees.
  • We DO SHIP internationally, but Ghost Cowboy DOES NOT cover any extra shipping rates or customs fees.

While Ghost Cowboy IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
We do have a package protection solution partner!
 

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

INFORMATION ON RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will happily replace new, unworn / unused items if they are damaged upon receipt of shipment.  Item(s) must be returned in original condition with tags attached (if present). We do accept returns or exchanges on items that do not fit, or you no longer like if the return is initiated within five (5) calendar days from delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any return or exchange.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
  1. Email contact@ghost-cowboy.com with your order number, item you need to return / exchange, and the reason for your request.
  2. Our Customer Service Team will be in contact within 24 business hours of your email with instructions on how to process your request.
We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, damage, alteration or without tags. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your exchange so you know it’s on the way.
